250 ml mayonnaise home made
1 tablespoon capers chopped finely
0.5 tablespoon chervil chopped finely
0.5 tablespoon chives chopped finely
0.5 tablespoon parsley chopped finely
0.5 tablespoon tarragon chopped finely
2 small pickled gherkins chopped finely
pepper freshly ground
method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, season to taste with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
