linguine with sage and lemon

ingredients:
500 g linguine or spaghetti
50 g salt for the pasta
5 litres water for the pasta
3 cloves garlic for the pasta
60 g butter
1 lemon juiced
1 handfull sage leaves torn up
pepper freshly ground
olive oil extra virgin
method:
  1. Bring the pasta water to boil in a large pot and add the salt.
  2. Slice the garlic finely and add it to the pot together with the pasta and follow the instructions on the packet for the cooking time.
  3. Strain the cooked pasta and toss together with the butter, sage, black pepper and half the lemon juice. Add more salt, pepper and lemon if required.
  4. Serve immediately with a few drops of olive oil.
